Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you don't feel pressured. That means if you prefer to workout as and when feel free to pay as you go, it's easy just use the booking system. All sessions are £6.50 each or you can become a VIP for £30 per month and enjoy unlimited classes.
For £49.99 you might consider buying a Season Pass which gives you 10 workouts at the Studio to be completed within six weeks from purchase. This is a popular choice if your looking for self commitment & motivation whilst saving a few £££.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
Please bring along your own bottle of water and a small hand towel to mop your brow. Wear clean trainers and comfortable active wear. All bike based workouts don't require any kit however many clients bring along a gel saddle cover, its personal choice.
Ideally, you'll have your own fitness mat for Pilates, and strength & conditioning classes, however, I do have spares in the studio.
If you have a kettlebell (4-8kg) and dumbbells (3-5kg) your are welcome to bring your own.
